Shipping & Returns

"We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you may do so within 10 days of receipt of the item(S) for a full store credit.  Shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Items must be received withing 10 business days, unworn and in original condition with the tags attached.  Insurance is recommended on return postage as we will not be responsible for any lost item(s)  Any item(s) showing evidence of wear or use will not be accepted for store credit and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  NO EXCEPTIONS

The is absoloutely NO returns, or exchanges on custom or semi-custom  costumes.   Please contact our customer service department during normal business hours mon - fri for a return authorization number.  A customs sticker must be attached to the outside of the package marked "product return $0.00 value"  Returns will not be accepted without a authorization number.

There are no returns on bladesavers, bootcovers, Bodystocking, skating tights, Protection wear and custom and semi custom dresses.  Restocking fees may apply in certain situations.
