SPECIAL ORDERS
Since special orders are made to your requirements, items cannot be exchanged or returned except in the case of manufacturer defect. Any items showing evidence of wear will not be accepted for return. AUTHORIZATION must be obtained or items will not be accepted.
DELIVERY
Delivery time will vary but generally will take about 2-4 weeks from the time of order but we ask that you inform us of a cancellation date. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. All orders are FOB Oshawa. European customers will be responsible for freight charges as well as any duties, tariffs and brokerage charges that may be incurred.
TERMS
All new accounts are C.O.D. ( subject to availability), Visa or Mastercard. Net 30 day extended to established businesses with a minimum of 3 credit references and approved credit. Overdue accounts will revert to C.O.D.. Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts. Only accounts in good standing will have applicable discounts applied to their orders. Please note that due to increasing costs, credit card payments will be subject to a minimum credit card charge as designated by Twizzle.s banking institution.
SIZING
The girth measurement is the most important measurement when determining a size. Please consult the size chart which you can find on our web site. Correct measurements are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be responsible for inaccurate measurements. If you have any doubt about a size, please call us and we will help you decide on a size. Because of the drastic price changes in the textile industry it has become necessary to apply an extra charge for XL sizes. The pricing will be given at the time of ordering.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not have any minimums on any order. All sales are final with the exception of manufacturing defects. An authorization must be obtained before any returns will be accepted.
Please be mindful that our prices are subject to change. In this current economic climate our prices may fluctuate beyond our control but we will strive to keep them to a minimum should it occur.
Twizzle Designs has been involved in design and production of numerous synchro team dresses both for practice and competition. Please call and consult with us as to fabrics and designs. We have many fabrics available to us that might not be shown in the catalogue and designing your individual team dress is possible. Please call for further information.
